Stacey was amazing—she worked with me right away and even let me bring my car in early to get an estimate on the repairs. She kept her word and followed up with me promptly on Wednesday with the estimate, letting me know it might even be ready ahead of schedule. The estimate was uploaded directly to my insurance, which made it super easy for me to track everything through my app. By Friday, I got the call that my Camaro was ready, and when I picked it up, it looked brand new! Huge shoutout to the repair team for doing such an incredible job—and thank you for washing my car before I arrived, such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend Neil Huffman to anyone needing collision repairs. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Thank you all so much for getting me back on the road quickly!
Top notch service. Took it to them on a tow truck same day as the wreck had my car back in 2 weeks looking perfect and detailed. It's like it never happened. Pricing was what I expected being a TLX and the customer service was right on time every time. Thanks Brittany and everyone else who had a part in fixing my car. Nice staff too. Even service writers of different customers was offering help in the parking lot. Five star service for sure.
I Absolutely loved the service and staff at Neil Huffman Collision! Brian repaired my vehicle, the staff kept me updated on the progress and enterprise rental made sure I had the perfect vehicle to get me by until my repairs had been made! I'm extremely impressed with their work and definitely a place I would recommend.
The front desk is absolutely amazing. When you are greeted nicely and treated respectfully it means the world. Our brand new car was hit and they repaired it flawlessly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great experience!
